Refund Policy
Our refund policy is built around fair usage and technical reliability.

1. Unused Credits
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase with valid order details.
2. Partially Used Packs
Credit packs with consumed credits are not eligible for proportional refunds.
3. Technical Failures
When an output fails due to platform issues, credit refunds are automatic.
4. Quality Disputes
Because outputs are AI-generated, subjective quality preferences are not considered refundable events.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through Creem and return to your original payment method.
6. Request Process
Send requests to refund@dotautomate.com with order ID and context.
